The Accessible Technologies service, provided by the AccessMU Center, works to ensure equal access to digital resources for all members of the Miami University community, including students, faculty, and staff with disabilities. The service offers guidance on creating accessible digital content, procuring accessible technology, and utilizing assistive tools to enhance inclusivity.




Miami's Content Management System offers a modern experience for presenting static content on the web.

IT Services provides web, application, data, and server hosting including data integration services for commercial, open-source and, in-house developed solutions for the Miami University community.

Allows faculty and staff to make permanent and convenient paper documents and records useful to complete work assignments and create durable records for record retention purposes and information distribution.

Provides document storage offerings (e.g., M-drive, MUFiles, etc.) and commercial services like Google Drive. Web document storage allows users to store and collaborate on documents and other files over the internet. Documents stored using these services will remain available if the client’s computer breaks, because the documents are “backed up” on the web document storage service.

Student, faculty, and staff gain entry to buildings and rooms across all electronically controlled Miami campus doors using their Miami ID card or a mobile app.

This form is used to request an exception for an EOL OS machine.


Provide common tools and processes that extend our IT Service Management for use in non-IT contexts so that the university office has measurable, efficient transactions and visibility into the full lifecycle of the services they provide.



FBS Divisional offices will use this form to request specific help from FBS-IT that is NOT related to Miami desktop software or hardware or questions about email or other programs that are in general use across the entire university.
