Problem

• How do I find the access code for a quiz in Canvas?
• Why is my Canvas quiz asking for an access code?

Resolution

• Contact your instructor and ask for the access code (if the quiz is not using Proctorio for remote proctoring)
• If the quiz is using Proctorio, follow the instructions and best practices in the KB guide for using Proctorio
  • If Proctorio is not working, or your proctored Canvas quiz asks for an access code, follow these Proctorio troubleshooting tips
