In 2024, the university transitioned from its legacy Banner system to Workday, a modern, cloud-based ERP platform. This transition aims to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience for faculty, staff, and students.

- Workday Learn: Faculty and staff can view recorded training sessions and access job aids directly within Workday. To access these, enter “LRN: Workday” in the search box at the top of your Workday page, then select the course title you would like to view.
- Workday Platform Training in Canvas: The “Workday Training Materials” Canvas site provides faculty and staff recordings of Workday training classes. You will find links to job aid packets, and, for some of the classes, a copy of the presentation slides. The site also hosts generic Workday job aids on a variety of topics.
