Resolution

Not Using Proctorio

• You can restrict a Canvas quiz with an access code or remove a manually-added access code by editing the quiz settings:

Using Proctorio

• To allow a student to take a quiz without Proctorio as an exception, follow these KB instructions to disable Proctorio
• If Proctorio is prompting students to provide an access code, review the KB faculty guide for using Proctorio, or refer to the KB article for troubleshooting Proctorio issues
