Site does not load correctly / Canvas

Problem

• Why is Canvas not loading anything correctly?
• Why can't I access Canvas?

Resolution

• Check the IT status dashboard for information on any known outages 
• Visit the Canvas Status page to learn if an outage has occurred
• If no outage has occurred or if an outage has recently been resolved, try clearing your web browser's cache, cookies, temporary files, and history
  • Follow these KB instructions on basic browser troubleshooting 
• Review Instructure's computer and browser requirements for Canvas 
  • Note the limitations for Canvas access on mobile browsers and applications
