• Canvas supports the current and first previous major releases of many popular browsers
  • Canvas does not recommend the use of any particular browser

Resolution

Notes

• eLearning does not recommend the use of Safari or Microsoft Edge
• Not all Canvas-supported browsers work with selected third party tools, video/audio files,
  • Proctorio exam monitoring software currently works only on Chrome via Chrome's Proctorio extension
  • Some browsers may not initially render comments correctly when using DocViewer to view feedback
  • Some browsers may no longer support Flash or Java
  • Firefox has not released support for Proctorio
