Canvas / Troubleshoot inability to view media files

Objective

• To provide troubleshooting guidance for a user who is unable to view media in Canvas

Environment

• 10185: Canvas

Cause

• Kaltura (My Media and Course Gallery) are offline or experiencing issues
• Browser and/or computer memory needs to be cleared

Resolution

• Check the Kaltura status page to see if there is a problem with accessing Kaltura
• Try clearing cookies and cache; updating your browser; or shutting down and restarting your computer
