Troubleshoot login access / myMiami

Problem

• I cannot access or log in to myMiami
• I want to troubleshoot my inability to access myMiami

Resolution

• Former students, alumni, former employees, and retirees do not have access to myMiami

1. Follow these KB instructions on clearing your browser cache
2. Be sure you are logging in to the correct URL: myMiami.MiamiOH.edu
3. Be sure you are using the correct UniqueID and MUnet password
4. If you continue to experience this issue, contact IT Help directly by calling 513-529-7900 or by initiating a live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat
   • Provide the following information:
     • Any error messages received
     • The steps you have tried so far
