Objective

  • To provide troubleshooting guidance to users who are unable to access or log in to myMiami

User

Environment

  • 10300: myMiami

Resolution

  • Former students, alumni, former employees, and retirees do not have access to myMiami
  1. Follow these KB instructions on clearing your browser cache
  2. Be sure you are logging in to the correct URL: myMiami.MiamiOH.edu
  3. Be sure you are using the correct UniqueID and MUnet password
  4. If you continue to experience this issue, contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 for assistance
  5. Provide the following information:
    • Any error messages received
    • The steps you have tried so far
