Objective

• To provide troubleshooting guidance to users who are unable to access or log in to myMiami

User

• Current Miami University Staff, Faculty, Student
• Parents of current students with permission to view student records

Environment

• 1097993: myMiami (One Campus)

Resolution

• Former students, alumni, former employees, and retirees do not have access to myMiami

1. Follow these KB instructions on clearing your browser cache
2. Be sure you are logging in to the correct URL: myMiami.MiamiOH.edu
3. Be sure you are using the correct UniqueID and MUnet password
4. If you continue to experience this issue, contact IT Help directly by calling 513-529-7900 or by initiating a live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat
