Canvas / User unable to log in to Professional Education course

Objective

• To provide information for Miami University Professional Education users in Canvas Catalog who do not have a Miami account
  • Users with a Miami Canvas account can access Catalog courses from their Canvas Dashboard

Resolution

If you received an email invitation to Canvas Catalog for a Professional Education course, be aware that the login link is for one-time use. If you are now experiencing login issues, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Miami University Professional Education catalog site
2. Click the Login link at the top right of the page
3. Click on the Current User Login option to advance to the login page
4. Click on Forgot Password? and reset your password
