Problem

Resolution 

macOS or Windows computer

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Zoom Download Center
2. Select the correct download option for your device
3. Open the downloaded installer
4. Follow the prompts through the installation process
5. Open the Zoom application
6. Click Sign in with SSO
7. Enter MiamiOH as the company domain
8. Click Continue
9. Complete Miami authentication with Duo

iOS

1. On your iOS device, go to the Apple App Store
2. Search for and select the ZOOM Workplace by Zoom.com app
3. Click Get
4. Open the app
5. Click Sign In
6. Click SSO
7. Enter MiamiOH as the company domain
8. Click Go
9. Complete Miami authentication with Duo
10. When prompted to Open page in Zoom?, click Open
11. Be sure you have allowed access to the camera and microphone

Android

1. On your Android device, go to the Google Play Store
2. Search for and select the ZOOM Workplace by Zoom.com app
3. Click Install
4. Open the app
5. Click Sign In
6. Click SSO
7. Enter MiamiOH as the company domain
8. Click Continue
9. Complete Miami authentication with Duo
