Assignment submission pending / Turnitin

Problem

  • I need to resolve a submission pending or error in Turnitin
  • Turnitin scores are stuck in pending; assignments are not going into Turnitin
  • Turnitin shows no percentage
  • Turnitin reports pending submissions
  • Turnitin is not processing assignments
  • Turnitin is not showing similarity scores
  • Turnitin is not running on a Canvas assignment

Resolution

  1. Students are advised to contact the instructor and ask the instructor to click the resubmit button in SpeedGrader
  2. Faculty should click the resubmit button in the SpeedGrader to begin the similarity check
