MUprint

Overview

MUprint (formerly known as Pay4Print) allows students and faculty/staff to print at convenient locations through a cost-recovery program. MUprint locations include computer labs, Armstrong Student Center, and the Libraries. With Web Print, you can upload your .pdf document from anywhere, anytime and then release your document to a MUprint location on campus. Academic and administrative departments at Miami University's Ohio campuses can request departmental lab manager cards for staff use. Cards can be requested through the Campus Services Center (formerly HOME Office) located at 129 Campus Avenue Building.

    • 90% devices are multi-function devices that also allow copying to same dimensions and colors as the printing
    • No cost to use scan to email functions on a multi-function device
  • Web Print
    • Go to muprint.miamioh.edu and login with your Miami credentials
    • Upload your .pdf file to an MUprint color or black-and-white queue to place your job in the queue
    • Release your job at any MUprint location on campus
  • Email to Print
    • Send an email with your attached .pdf file to MUprint-Color@miamioh.edu or MUprint-B&W@miamioh.edu to place your job in the queue
    • Release your job at any MUprint location on campus
  • Touchless Release
    • At the MUprint location, simply use your camera app on your phone and the QR code displayed on the printer to release your print job
