Guidelines

• All newly hired employees are granted Banner accounts; however, to access Banner modules/forms, individuals must be granted the necessary security rights within Banner
  • Supervisors should contact the appropriate administrative office(s) to request access to the Banner modules/forms an employee will to perform his/her job functions. Learn who you should contact to request Banner access
• Off-peak hours Banner reports and processes: To prevent slow response times within Banner and BannerWeb, Ellucian recommends that certain Banner Job Submission processes and reports only be run during off-peak hours (i.e., before or after regular business hours and on weekends)
