BannerWeb / Time-out for idle user accounts

Objective

  • To provide information on account time-out in BannerWeb

Environment

  • 80463: BannerWeb 8 (Self Service)

Cause

  • BannerWeb has a time-out for user accounts that are idle for 30 minutes 

Resolution 

  • Log in again if you are idle in BannerWeb for 30 minutes
    • Click on any link in BannerWeb to refresh the 30 minutes timer
