Objective

  • To provide instruction on resolving notification issues when:
    • You did not receive the email for resetting your parent account password
    • You did not receive the email to set up your parent or family account

Environment

  • 10302: myMiami for Families
  • Parent/Family Account

Resolution

  1. Check your spam filter for the email
  2. If the email is not in your spam folder, go to our user validation page and try to re-send the email
