  • I didn't receive the email for resetting my parent account password
  • I didn't receive the email to set up my parent or family account

Resolution

To resolve your notification issue for your parent or family account, follow this procedure:

  1. Check your spam filter for the email
  2. If the email is not in your spam folder, go to our user validation page and try to re-send the email
