OAS / Publisher login issues

Objective

  • To provide troubleshooting instructions for OAS or BI Publisher
    • When you cannot log in to the Publisher
    • When the Publisher is returning a login or Security Certificate error

Environment

  • 737842: Oracle Analytics Server
  • 10393: VPN AnyConnect Client

Resolution

  • Make sure you are on-campus and that your computer is plugged into the wired network
    • If you are off-campus or on wireless, make sure you are connected through VPN
  • Make sure you are using your Miami UniqueID and MUNet password
