When you cannot log in to the Publisher
When the Publisher is returning a login or Security Certificate error
Environment

10393: VPN AnyConnect Client
Resolution
Make sure you are on-campus and that your computer is plugged into the wired network
If you are off-campus or on wireless, make sure you are connected through VPN
Make sure you are using your Miami UniqueID and MUNet password
