- Can you give me troubleshooting instructions for OAS or BI Publisher?
- I cannot log in to Bi Publisher
- The Publisher is returning a login or Security Certificate error
Resolution
- Make sure you are on-campus and that your computer is plugged into the wired network
- If you are off-campus or on wireless, make sure you are connected through VPN
- Make sure you are using your Miami UniqueID and MUNet password
