Objective

  • To provide instruction on changing your display name in Canvas

Environment

  • 10185: Canvas

Resolution

  • The display name must be altered by a campus Canvas administrator
  1. Contact IT Help at 513 529-7900 to report your issue — be sure to request that we escalate your case to a Canvas account administrator
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Current display name
    • Desired display name
