Paciolan / Assistance needed to install ticketing system software

Objective

  • To obtain assistance with Paciolan installation

Environment

  • Software for University-owned Computers
  • 85697: Spectra Ticketing System (Paciolan)

Resolution

  • This software must be installed by your local desktop support representative
  • The Paciolan Software Manager install is provided by the vendor and typically a link for the download is made available to the office point of contact or Administrator of Paciolan from the department
    • This would also include SB Client, Pulse Secure, and AM Monitor installers to have the full spectrum of ticketing software

  2. Provide the following information:
    • Your location, including building name and room number
    • Your preferred times for installation
