Resolution
This software must be installed by your local desktop support representative
The Paciolan Software Manager install is provided by the vendor and typically a link for the download is made available to the office point of contact or Administrator of Paciolan from the department
This would also include SB Client, Pulse Secure, and AM Monitor installers to have the full spectrum of ticketing software
