- Can I get assistance with a Paciolan installation?
Resolution
- This software must be installed by your local desktop support representative
- The Paciolan Software Manager install is provided by the vendor and typically a link for the download is made available to the office point of contact or Administrator of Paciolan from the department
- This would also include SB Client, Pulse Secure, and AM Monitor installers to have the full spectrum of ticketing software

- Provide the following information:
- Your location, including building name and room number
- Your preferred times for installation
