• To inform the Miami University community of the sunsetting date of the Filelocker service

Rationale

• Filelocker is on an end-of-life operating system and is being decommissioned in favor of a more secure service
• Filelocker and its replacement, SecureFileShare, will run in tandem until the end of the Spring 2026 semester
• Filelocker will officially be decommissioned on May 20, 2026
