Registering your device for the Wi-Fi network
Connecting your Hatch Alarm Clock to the MiamiOH-MyDevice network

Scope
The MiamiOH-MyDevices service provides a personal network for connectivity between your Wi-Fi-connected devices. In order to establish your personal Wi-Fi MyDevices network, you must first register the network address for each device at the MyDevices registration portal
MyDevices network services offer the following benefits:
Your own personal network and password
Simplicity of connection type allows for compatibility with a vast range of Wi-Fi devices
Wireless Private Network (WPN) allows you to access all your devices between each other

Instructions
Connect the Hatch device to your home network or a hotspot using the Hatch Sleep app
Make sure location services are enabled (Hatch requirement) on the Hatch Sleep app
Once you have the Hatch connected, the app will show you the correct MAC address in the
My Restore
device settings
Log in to the
MiamiOH-MyDevices
portal and add your hatches MAC address and your
phones "real" MAC address

Turn off
Random/Private MAC
on your phone
Go back into the Hatch Sleep app and update the wireless settings
You should now be able to change the Wi-Fi to the MiamiOH-MyDevices
Use the MiamiOH-MyDevices password
If you can no longer get to the devices setup screen, you may have to do a factory reset on the Hatch
Hold the two arrows button down as it powers on and wait for 10 seconds — the lights should turn red
At this point, you can try to connect to the Hatch Sleep app again
