Problem

Resolution
Chrome
- In Chrome, click the More icon in the upper-right corner
- Select Extensions from the menu
- Select Manage Extensions from the menu
- On the My extensions page, locate the extension you want to disable or remove
- To disable the extension, move the corresponding toggle to the left (grey)
- To remove the extension, click the Remove button
- Close and restart your browser
Optional: Use chrome://settings/cleanup to find and remove unwanted software
Firefox
- In Firefox, select the menu icon in the upper-right corner

- In Safari on your Mac, select Safari in the tool bar
- Select Settings
- Select the Extensions tab
- Select the extension you want to disable or remove
- To disable the extension, clear the checkbox for the extension (left column)
