Resolve missing Turnitin for my assignment (student) / Turnitin

Problem

• I cannot find Turnitin in my assignment
• I think Turnitin should be with this assignment, but I do not see it
• Turnitin is missing from my assignment

Cause

• You are experiencing an issue with your browser
• Your instructor did not intend or forgot to implement Turnitin on your assignment

Resolution

• Follow these KB instructions on clearing your browser cache 
• Try a different browser 
• Contact your instructor to verify that their Turnitin setting is correct in the assignment
  • Enable Turnitin on a Canvas assignment (Instructor) 
• If you have tried these possible resolutions and are sure that you should have access to Turnitin, contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat and provide the following information:
  • Browser in use
  • Assignment name
  • Course name and ID
