Reset my MUnet account password / Microsoft Online Services

Problem

• I need to request a Microsoft Online Services account password reset

Rationale

• Staff, faculty, and students must use their Miami credentials (UniqueID and MUnet password) to access Microsoft Online Services
• It can take up to 30 minutes for password synchronization to occur. If you are unable to log in to Miami's Microsoft services, wait at least 30 minutes before trying again

Resolution

• Go to Miami's MUnet Password Utilities (RI) tool and follow the prompts to change your password 
  • This will also change your Microsoft Online Services password
