User account timed out after 30 minutes / BannerWeb

Problem

• Why did BannerWeb log me out of the system?
• I was logged out of BannerWeb... what do I do?

Cause

• BannerWeb has a time-out for user accounts that are idle for 30 minutes 

Resolution 

• Log in again if you are idle in BannerWeb for 30 minutes
  • Click on any link in BannerWeb to refresh the 30 minutes timer
