Correct my personal or account info / Miami Account

Problem

• I need to correct my Miami personal or account information issue
• My data was entered incorrectly during account creation
• My birth date is incorrect in the system
• The Social Security Number you have on file is incorrect
• The name on my Miami account is misspelled 
• I need to update my campus address, mailing address, or W-2 address

Resolution

1. Contact the appropriate office based on your affiliation to have your record updated
   • Undergraduate students, go to One Stop for more information
   • Graduate students, go to the Graduate School for contact information
   • Staff, go to Human Resources for contact information
   • Faculty, go to Academic Personnel for contact information
   • Courtesy account holders, contact the person who sponsors your account to request that your information be updated
2. Wait 24 hours after confirmation from the office for the change to take effect

NOTE:  Faculty and Staff — you are able to submit your address change request directly in Workday on the Personal Information tab in your employee profile
