Troubleshoot publisher login issues / OAS

Objective

  • Can you give me troubleshooting instructions for OAS or BI Publisher?
  • I cannot log in to Bi Publisher
  • The Publisher is returning a login or Security Certificate error

Resolution

  • Make sure you are on-campus and that your computer is plugged into the wired network
    • If you are off-campus or on wireless, make sure you are connected through VPN
  • Make sure you are using your Miami UniqueID and MUNet password
