Troubleshoot the classroom document camera / ClassTech

Problem

  • The document camera does not project
  • The classroom document camera is not responding
  • There is no power to the document camera

Resolution

  1. Be sure that the document camera power cord is securely plugged in to the device
  2. Try restarting the document camera — turn it off and then turn it on again
  3. Try re-seating the HDMI cable at the document camera and at the PC
  4. If these steps do not solve the issue, use the Crestron Panel
    1. Switch to a different source, such as Computer
    2. Select the Doc Cam option to re-connect to the document camera
    3. Select the Picture Mute button, if no picture appears
