Troubleshoot the classroom document camera / ClassTech

Problem
- The document camera does not project
- The classroom document camera is not responding
- There is no power to the document camera
Resolution
- Be sure that the document camera power cord is securely plugged in to the device
- Try restarting the document camera — turn it off and then turn it on again
- Try re-seating the HDMI cable at the document camera and at the PC
- If these steps do not solve the issue, use the Crestron Panel
- Switch to a different source, such as Computer
- Select the Doc Cam option to re-connect to the document camera
- Select the Picture Mute button, if no picture appears
