Resolve incorrect username or password error / University Computer

Problem

  • I need to resolve the error message, Username or password is incorrect

Resolution

  1. Make sure to select the correct username when you log in
  2. Make sure to use the correct MUnet password when you log in
    • If you have changed your password, try the old password
    • If this works, restart your computer while connected to Ethernet to update the password with your new one automatically
  3. Make sure that your caps lock key is not activated
  4. Restart the computer
