Objective
- To resolve the error message, Username or password is incorrect
Environment
- UniqueID and Passwords
- University-owned Computer
Resolution
- Make sure to select the correct username when you log in
- Make sure to use the correct MUnet password when you log in
- If you have changed your password, try the old password
- If this works, restart your computer while connected to Ethernet to update the password with your new one automatically
- Make sure that your caps lock key is not activated
- Restart the computer
