Quiz has no questions / Canvas

Problem

• Why does my Canvas quiz have no questions?
• How do I submit or upload a document in a quiz when there is no place to add it?

Resolution

• Your instructor may have published the quiz before adding questions, the quiz may have been copied incorrectly from another course, or a file upload question may be missing:
  1. Contact your instructor to inform them that you have attempted to take the quiz, but there are no questions for you to answer, or no question that allows you to upload a file
  2. If you began the quiz and you only had one attempt, you may need to ask your instructor to provide you with an additional attempt
