Problem

There are several ways an instructor can leave comments on an assignment, depending on the assignment and grading type:
- Feedback comments - viewed on both the assignment submission page and the Grades page
- Rubric comments - viewed on both the assignment submission page and the Grades page
- Annotated comments - viewed directly on the submitted document on the assignment submission page
