Troubleshoot an invalid username or password error / TDX

Problem

  • A username or password error occurs when I log in to TeamDynamix 

Resolution

  1. Open a new Incognito session in Chrome
  2. Log in to the TDX technician portal
  3. If you can successfully log in, the issue is with your normal browser session
