| Cause |
The application builds the word document(s) within the browser. This creates a long wait between the time of the initial request (when the user clicks the button) and when the request is resolved (when the document or documents are ready for download). This can lead to users running into the default gateway timeout for NGINX of 60 seconds, resulting in the 504 error. |
| Resolution |
Lower the amount of entries shown in the drop-down from 500 to either 200 or 100 and try again. |
