Index files issues in BDM

Issue/Question

  • I am unable to attach documents to index in Banner Imaging
  • I am no longer able to batch index files

Environment

  • 196716: Banner Document Management (BDM)
    • Banner Imaging

Resolution

  1. Contact IT Help at 513-529-7900 for assistance
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Application/folder and group name
    • Describe the steps you are taking 
    • Describe the error you are receiving or the problem you are experiencing
