If you've previously established self-service password reset options, you can create a new MUnet password by visiting https://MiamiOH.edu/password before completing this form.
  • When you complete this form, you must provide an alternate email address or phone number for a technician to schedule a zoom during business hours
  • You will be required to present photo identification on the zoom call
