Introduction
My Door Personnel Managers and their backups may use this form to request changes to the hours that doors in buildings are locked or unlocked. They may also use this form to request revisions to which Patron Group(s) certain doors are assigned to. Additionally, door managers can request changes to the access times for the Patron Group (adjust start or end times).
Administrative buildings typically operate on the following standardized schedule:
Exterior Doors
- Unlocked from 7AM-5PM during the summer
- Unlocked from 7:30AM-5:30PM during the school year
Interior Doors
- Unlocked from 7:15AM-4:30PM during the summer
- Unlocked from 7:45AM-5PM during the school year
The administrative buildings include:
- ASB - Advancement Services
- CAB - Campus Avenue Building
- COK - Cook Place
- CSB - Cole Service Building
- CSC - Culinary Support Center
- HYT - Hoyt (with some interior restricted)
- MUR - Murstein
- RDB - Roudebush
- WAR - Warfield
