For use by individuals who paid into the legacy loan program that was sold as an add-on service

Students struggling to purchase a computer meeting the minimum requirements at miamioh.edu/miaminotebook/ use this form to request a consultation

Used when the counter is closed due to staff shortages or after hours.
Checkin Computer for Repair Services
For use in the Tech Support Lounge once determined to be a hardware failure covered by the manufacturer's warranty or shipment to another 3rd party repair center. Repair services are no longer performed on campus.
