You can add the KB search engine to Chrome and use Google Search to search the Knowledge Base
Resolution
Add the KB search engine to Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome
At the top-right, click the
More Settings
icon
From the drop-down, select
Settings
In the
Search engine
section, click
Manage search engines
Under
Site Searches
, click the
Add
button
In the
Add search engine
window, enter the following information in the appropriate field:
(Search engine)
KnowIT
(Keyword)
kb
(URL with %s in place of query)
https://miamioh.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1813/Portal/Shared/Search/?c=all&s=%s
Click the
Add
button
Use Google Search to search the KB
In your Chrome address bar, enter
kb<space>
to prompt the KB search engine
In the address bar, the Google icon will be replaced with the
Search KnowIT
prompt
Enter your search term in the address bar
Review the results — which will be returned in a KB Search window — and select the appropriate entry

SafeSearch is a user policy that helps filter most explicit content from Google Search results. Users under the age of 18 who are signed into Google Search with their Google Workspace for Education accounts have SafeSearch turned on by default across all browsers. SafeSearch is also a Chrome policy
