Guide: Tech resources for student organizations

Purpose

To provide information on technology resources available to officially recognized student organizations

User

Student organizations that are officially recognized by Miami University and the Associated Student Government (ASG)

Guidelines

A student organization may request email account(s), LISTSERV electronic email lists, or a Miami website alias through the Student Activities website or University IT Services:
To obtain any of these technology resources, the following information is required:
- The official organization name
- The technology resource(s) being requested
- Individual responsible for maintaining the resource(s)
  - The assigned individual must be listed as an officer on The Hub to access these services
- Current organization president
- Faculty/staff/graduate assistant adviser (primary trustee/responsible individual)
