Assistance needed to resolve error when modifying course registration / Banner 9 Student Self Service

Problem

  • I received an error when modifying my course registration
  • I received the following error: ORA-20032: sfkedit.p_group_edits-20022 ORA-20022: sfkpreq.p_prerequisitecheck-1722 ORA-01722: invalid number

Cause

  • The student is missing a pre-requisite for at least one of their courses

Resolution

  1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to report the error
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Student's UniqueID and name
    • Exact error message received
