Objective

• To obtain assistance in resolving an error that occurs when modifying course registration
  • Error: ORA-20032: sfkedit.p_group_edits-20022 ORA-20022: sfkpreq.p_prerequisitecheck-1722 ORA-01722: invalid number

Environment

• 196714: Banner 9 Admin Student
• Banner Error

Cause

• The student is missing a pre-requisite for at least one of their courses

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat session at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to report the error
2. Provide the following information:
   • Student's UniqueID and name
   • Exact error message received
