Assistance needed to reset parent account password via Hotmail / Student Information for Families

Problem

• I need help resetting my parent account password because my email address is at hotmail.com
• My email address is at hotmail.com, and it is blocking Miami's password reset email

Cause

• Hotmail.com periodically blocks email from Miami by silently ignoring it

Resolution

• Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat and explain that you are not receiving password reset emails to your Hotmail account
• Miami technicians will work with Hotmail to restore service
