Add comments to an assignment using DocViewer / Canvas

Problem

Resolution 

Both students and instructors can use DocViewer to add or view annotations in certain file types in Canvas. Please note:

• What types of files can I preview in Canvas?
• Some browsers may require you to hit the Enter or Return keys to save annotated comments
• You may need to resize your browser window to access the annotation tools
• Group assignments do not support the student annotation submission type
