Project Dragonfly / Account issues

Objective

  • To obtain assistance with account issues in Project Dragonfly when:
    • You need to change the email listed on your Project Dragonfly Workshop profile
    • You need to make changes to your Project Dragonfly portfolio
    • You want to make changes to your profile picture on your Dragonfly portfolio

  • 12613: Project Dragonfly
    • Dragonfly (MariaDB, PHP, Rails)

Resolution

Sign-in Issues

  • If you receive the error Sign in failed. Make sure you are using your Miami UniqueID and MUnet Password (more information below). Contact tech@projectdragonfly.org if you continue to have problems, this indicates that you have entered an incorrect UniqueID or MUnet password. If you need to reset your MUnet Password, you can follow the instructions in this article: Request: MUnet Password / Change or reset my password
  • If you receive the error Your Miami UniqueID and MUnet Password are correct but we can not find a Dragonfly Workshops account associated with your Miami email address (your email address). Contact tech@projectdragonfly.org if you continue to have problems, this indicates that you do not yet have a Dragonfly Workshops account. Contact tech@projectdragonfly.org for assistance.
