- How do I modify job prompts for an AppWorx job?
Resolution
To modify prompts for all future runs, follow this procedure:
- Open AppWorx
- Select either the Jobs Selector or Process Flows
- Search for the job or process flow that needs updated
- Select the job or process flow
- Select Edit
- Select the Prompts tab
- Select the desired prompt
- Select Edit
- Update the Default Value as desired
- Select OK
- Select Apply or OK to save
To modify prompts for a single run, follow this procedure:
- Changing a single run of an AppWorx job without permanently modifying its prompts for all future runs
- Launch AppWorx
- Select Requests
- Search and select your job or process flow
- Select Request
- Under the Prompts section, update by typing in the box
- Select Submit
